Do lower FM Frequencys work better? than higher ones?

The reason I ask, is because I can get between 1/4, up to 1/2 mile coverage with only my little Sirius FM Modulator, but only if the frequency is set to 88.5, or 88.3, If I try a higher frequency, like 107.5, or 107.7, I can just barely get around the block, and the signal will fringe just at the end of our property. I get the farthest on 88.5, but I have a Fringe Weak Signal on 88.7, and I am totally Squashing out this Classical and Jazz station, for at least a block and a half from my house. I could use 88.3, but it sounds undermodulated, and not as full, as when tuned into 88.5. Would you guys say, that im getting about as much coverage, as an Average Legal Part 15 FM, OR MAYBE A BIT MORE. and how many feet is in a Quarter mile, thats how far my signal goes normally, But I have heard it boom in at Half a mile away. What amazes me so much about this thing is.. ONE... It has no external antenna, Two, it is very small, Three.. it is located Indoors, at ground level, and only cost 30 bucks... Yet I had a Ramsey 25b a few yrs back, with an outdoor antenna, and it would just barely cover our Property.

I have the XTR3CK Model,,, I,ll get back with ya on the fcc ID number, When-If I find it.

All FM frequencies have the same coverage potential, assuming other things are equal (same radiated power, same antenna heights, same interference conditions etc etc). If your results are different, most likely your system is not radiating the same power on the "weak" frequencies as on the strong ones, at least in the direction(s) you are trying to receive it.
