I watched the video - it's catchy, just edit out the swear, put a dance beat to it, form a myspace page, market it correctly, and you have yourself a hit! That is...if the industry picks it up.
On a related note, what ever happened to the agreement that CBS, Citadel, Clear Channel and Entercom had a couple years ago to play more then 4,000 hours of local/indie music - due to the payola scandal? Did that ever happen?
