On several occasions my "Jeopardy" station would run a classic country music infomercial rather than the Saturday rerun. This made me mad because if the other station in my area that had "Jeopardy" didn't show the program, which was a common occurrence, I had no way to know if I had seen the episode. Doesn't matter anyway because I end up watching the whole thing, enjoying it, and learning lots of '"new" stuff. But if I had watched the country music program instead, I might have liked it. I don't really have the money to do so, but I might have even bought the product. Trouble is they showed it in a way that made me mad. Better to pre-empt "Wheel", which doesn't really interest me.Gregg said:Some infomercials on TV are fairly well produced. I'm thinking about Time-Life music infomercials for "Love Songs of the 70s" or TV show infomercials advertising the old Dean Martin and Carol Burnett shows. I think I'd rather watch those late at night than Jimmy Fallon.
