Do Sajak And Trebek Know About This?

As you know, Cablevision and ABC/Disney are currently duking it out over carriage fees for their New York O&O, WABC/7, on Cablevision's New York-area systems. It is being reported that ABC is using personalities from ABC programming in an advertising campaign for the "SaveABC7.com" website, for example, here:

As has been discussed here, WABC has also been carrying the shows "Wheel of Fortune" and "Jeopardy!" for over 25 years. Yet, those shows are not owned by ABC, but rather, CBS Television Distribution.

So, I wonder if CBS is going to kindly ask ABC to stop using Alex, Pat and Vanna as pawns in their fight with Cablevision:

(By the way, "Jeopardy! could be in jeopardy," I get. But not sure why they chose "wave goodbye to Wheel of Fortune" on the other ad... Vanna's waving?)

Why would they try to stop it? It benefits the syndication arm of the company if the shows aren't blacked out.
