Do these stations have live streams or not really?

There are 2 MS stations that has Listen Live on there but it goes to either a blank page or music notes. Even tried joining the Listener Club - no go. They are WWKZ KZ 103 at www.kz103.com and WJDQ - www.95qfm.net. Wondering if someone else is experiencing the same thing when going to those sites.
 
I can comment on KZ103, as well as sister stations Wizard 106 (better station!) and Power 92 Jamz...
the company line is... we're working on it. It couldbe any day now so we are keeping the icon live in the main page.
