I hadn't been able to pick up KADF-LD Austin in a while till recently there are 16 channels on that channel, 2 are only ones working 20-1 and 20-9. The rest just have audio only. KAKW-DT also has some audio only channels. KVDA - Nosey TV 60-6 has no audio for over a week now.
Most of KADF's channels are in MPEG4/H.264 which old TVs can't decode and only play audio. Some of KAKW's channels are the same. MPEG4 is much better and more efficient than the MPEG2 which almost all stations use since the beginning of digital TV.
