From El Cajon, CA:
680 KNBR - regular at night. Have heard a few times during the day with a good antenna under the right conditions, provided I could get past local 690 XEWW's splatter.
690 CINF - no, XEWW 24/7
710 KIRO - not so far. KSPN weak daytime, fair-strong critical hours, weak-fair nighttime, sometimes mixing with Spanish
800 XEROK - used to be a nightly regular about the same strength as local XESPN, but now is rare & local walks all over it
990 CBW - no, mix of stations at night. Daytime, XECL Mexicali (91mi E, 5kW ND) is weak but mostly on top. Interestingly enough, with a good radio/antenna,
KTMS Santa Barbara (197mi NW, 5kW DA) can be heard under XECL, in spite of sending only
16.75 WATTS(!!) toward me!
1010 CBR - no, mostly a mix of stations at night. Daytime on a radio with good selectivity, XEDX Ensenada has made occasional appearances.
1080 WTIC - no, mostly IBOC hash from 1070 KNX 24/7. At night KRLD used to be a semi-regular before KNX IBOC.
1090 KAAY - no, local XEPRS day and night. I'm on the side of their pattern's lobe (which they use 24/7), and daytime XEPRS is only a few dB stronger than KNX.
1130 KWKH - no, occupied by my closest (6.3mi N) local KSDO. I did catch CKWX within the past couple years one night when KSDO was off the air.
1170 KFAQ - considering how
strong local 1170 KCBQ (9.3mi N) is around here, not likely. Even during their
~8+ second pattern change they were using a year ago, I still never heard any trace of KFAQ. (I have heard KLOK San Jose under KCBQ at night occasionally, though.) In spite of their somewhat strong signal, though,
KCBQ CAN be nulled fairly well, even on their 50kW daytime rig. (Maybe someone could
try for KFAQ from here?

)
1580 CKDO - no, KBLA Santa Monica is faint daytime, and KMIK Tempe (a station I frequently listen to) is a blowtorch at night. (On a few occasions when inductively coupling my Tecsuns to the SAT and utility groundwire, KMIK has actually overloaded the radio, in spite of being 300 miles away!)
