Do you think AIB TV will add news show?

Hey I was looking around for jobs (tv jobs) and I came across AIBTV and they are hiring for a content producer/reporter. I was wondering do you think that they are about to launch a newscast?
 
AIB is a religious station (which is now only available digitally on Comcast) that has a mostly pay-and-pray format (mostly black evangelicals from smaller ministries). I suspect it would not be news, but a public affairs show (I think they have a couple already, but I obviously don't watch).

GPB has "Lawmakers" during the sessions of the Georgia General Assembly, which has reporters. Although it looks like a bona-fide newscast, it would be easily classified as a public affairs program.
