Do you think that is impossible that TV Guide(1948-Now) is visible to see on CD-ROM?

I'm looking for the TV Guide San Diego Edition which began July 23, 1966 through Present to see the complete listings and TV Ads in it, so I don't get them all so many in my house, instead, all of them on CD Rom for the Following Stations as listed as follows on the TV Guides:
XETV 6(FOX, Spanish)
KFMB 8(CBS)
KGTV 10(ABC)
XEWT 12(Televisa)
KPBS 15(PBS)
XHAS 33 now 20(Telemundo)
KNSD 39(NBC 7)
KUSI 51(Independent)
XHUAA 57(Canal de las Estrellas)
KSWB 69(WB,Fox)

Unfortunately, the answer is "no". TV Guide has never been on CD-rom, probably because efforts to put magazines like "Rolling Stone" on CD-rom were big commercial flops. I checked WorldCat (the library search engine), and the only San Diego library that has paper copies of TV Guide is the public library--and only the recent issues.

microfilm

The Cincinnati Public Library has old TV Guides on microfilm, and anyone can look through it, but it's time consuming and difficult to do, because I've tried it!
Until the 1990s the downtown Cincinnati library had all its old magazine subscriptions bound into books, and I loved looking through those. I wonder what happened to all those bound books?

Okay, Well on all on PDF, or CD-Rom, and from the library of San Diego has them, I'm just asking this request of question about this, because I need them to make something important and personal use of mine.
