Heard many promos today on 94.5 WFLA saying that Doc Washburn will be doing a morning show starting Wednesday. This could get interesting. They were calling Bernie out in the promos.

I am here....oh great one....but you are right....nothing going on....the poster dit dit has it right though....Doc will be starting his show Wednesday morning (6-9)....met him today for the first time.....just finished the talk studio up last Friday. And for any of you gorilla (or guerilla to be more correct) warfare people, we are running a 10 second delay

He used to do the morning show on YOOOOOOO before Bernie Thompson. I think he has been out of the market for at least 3 or 4 years...maybe more. I really don't know his leanings politically, like I said on an earlier post, I worry about the modulation, not the content

I have an idea he will be conservative.....I mean, what else would work here? Please revise your list and put Jimmy's name above mine and you can move me down SEVERAL notches Rob should be at the top of the list...oh, wait that's the "other list" that Rob should be on the top of.....would love to buy you several beers or g+t's if you are ever in the neighborhood.....

If past behaviour is any indicator, he tends to be mostly "Doc friendly"

In any case, nice to have some competition/variety with local talk here.

this sounds humm strange, i'll have to tune in as i can hear it when the "local" NPR translator isn't coming in out here (89.1 FM has a repeater somewhere in FWB, or is it 90.7.. who knows)

kinda dumb to put a LP on especially since a 100KW can be heard this far almost every day..
but, that's life i guess.
