dodge neons/kias

has any one noticed how many folk drive kias dodge neons etc. in this radio market?

just wondering? i was at one radio property i think every car on the lot would have brought $20k to the manheim auto auction.

I drive a Neon. Have 240K+ on the old one! New one has 70k...
They are inexpensive and dependable, plus 33mpg. Good cars!!!

You obviously have a lot of common sense. New cars are the biggest TOILET FOR MONEY ever invented. I'm sure you can go the same places in that old Villager as someone driving a new $50,000 Lexus. You just don't have the huge payment.
The only reason to drive a fancy new car I can think of is if you're in sales and MUST put on a good appearance....

...or heated seats, VSA, power everything, and everything else under the sun including making coffee for you.

One thing I've noticed is that the features traditionally afforded to the "better" car makers (BMW, Acura, Lexus, et al) are now available to the common car. Everybody offers heated seats, navigation, 200 disc cd changer, satellite radio, etc.<P ID="signature">______________

As the owner of a new $50,000 Lexus, I can tell you with certitude that everything about it rocks. Engine so quiet, I twice came perilously close to re-starting it while it was still running. Even the cup holders are sweet. I'll never go back to BMW's.
