Does 104.5 consider 7-8 pm a throwaway hour?

Are those 2 guys just taking space (time) until some new programming? In some ways, radio was better- more professional- in Nashville in the '70s than it is today.

104.5 has considered 7-8 p.m. as a program/talent development hour this summer. Not sure which night/program/talent you heard, but most of it hasn't been too bad. Really, some of their younger guys show some promise. In fact, given the choice between listening to the Zone's Younger Guys (who came in the door mostly through Titans Radio), and the local "seasoned" sports talkers on 560, 1510, and 106.7, I'll take the ZYGs. Certainly less polished, but definitely fresher and less redneck.

I caught the hour a couple of times and I personally would prefer ctickets. BUD was better and iit was bad.
