I have a cousin that lives in Fallbrook, at the northern end of San Diego County. I believe they only get San Diego stations on their cable system, although not Channel 12 XEWT Tijuana. Fallbrook is only a few miles from San Clemente, where I assume they only get LA stations. Does any cable system carry both LA and San Diego stations? Or is the county border between Orange and San Diego the dividing line?
How about communities in the very southern part of Riverside County such as Temecula? I wonder if they get San Diego as well as LA stations? I'd imagine folks in Oceanside, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano get over-the-air signals from both markets. I know in Central New Jersey, and along the Jersey Shore, many communities get both NYC and Philadelphia channels on their cable systems.
I suppose that because XEWT 12 Tijuana carries some current American TV shows dubbed in Spanish for a Mexican audience, they don't get carried on cable systems more than 30 miles or so from the Mexican border.
