Does anyone know how TNN is doing in finding affiliates?

That's because nothing has been announced yet. :)

I hope they are not having as much trouble as the WWE is having trying to find cable companies and sat companies to carry THE WWE NETWORK.Last I knew Not a single cable/sat company they approached was interested.

Just discovered this thread-- who is TNN ?? The last time I saw the TNN moniker, I was watching The Nashville Network, which later bowed to Spike... ???

According to Wikipedia:
On April 16, 2012, it was announced that Luken Communications and Jim Owens Entertainment will relaunch The Nashville Network as a digital broadcast television network in late summer 2012. They acquired The Nashville Network trademark and logo in 2010-2011

Surely Vince McMahon will try to buy an already-established but floundering network. Oprah, are you listening?

I dunno, but how many shopping channels do you really need? One might imagine if Vince brings a big-enough wheelbarrow-load of cash...

Next time his tv contract is up, if USA, which is owned by NBC, which is owned by comcast....wants to keep WWE programing he might be able to work out a deal.

I think they just renewed for 5 years for RAW.I'm not sure about SMACKDOWN on SYFY.Although SMACKDOWN has been SYFY's number own show almost every week so I don't think that's going anywhere.
NXT still doesn't doesent have a home

WWE should just blow away G4 and then begin their new format. You could probably keep some of the "Combat Reality" type shows on there, and probably the "adult" stuff as well (late night). Anything else, could probably move to SyFy or MSNBC Weekends (instead of wall to wall Prison). For some reason, I actually think AOTS could do well on E!.

They were briefly also the National Network before going on to become Spike.
Now that you mention it, I remember that brief spell as National in the early 2000s.

TNN, the NATIONAL network, back in the early 2000s used to have lots of sitcom reruns and off-network drama reruns, as well as some male-orientated shows, and WWF Wrestling. I also remember seeing reruns of Judge Mills Lane [the syndicated court show with the well-known boxing referee] in the mornings back around 2002...
