Does anyone know what did happen to Tom Joyner and is he on any other station?

I listened to Steve Harvey and think I heard something about American Urban Radio. Does the wamo parent company own this show? Where is Tom Joyner? I think he had a really great show. First I read he was on 1550.. but I have not been able to catch it there. any ideas?
