I know he exited KBMB/Sac a couple months ago. Does anyone know what happened? I heard drama with the pd there. I've heard some horror stories about that pd too. Just curious becuase he taught me a lot when I was an intern.
I been saying for the last year that there are some shady stuff going on at 103.5, resulting in the loss of good DJs and low ratings. Were you an intern at KBMB, radioguy? If so, how was the environment and the people at the station and how professional they were? My friend was an intern at KBMB and left because of shady business. I want to hear from your point-of-view.
btone1035: First off, sorry as I am new to this site and still learning how to reply, post, etc. I interned at KYLD back in early 2000's when he was working there. I don't know much about kbmb but have heard some not so good things in the building. I used to listen to his show online and podcasts. I didn't know if he is back somewhere or still "on the beach."

Yeah, it's not worth a penny to listen to 103.5 The Bomb or KSFM 102.5. They both play too much pop and hip-pop. Unlike KSFM, KBMB are rude to listeners when someone gives them respectful criticism/suggestions. They want to do things their way. Just a lot of shady things at that station. Bennie will have a job somewhere else.
