Does anyone know who has the final say when it comes to WQAR/Star 101.3 FM in Malta. I know that John Meaney is the Opps manager and Fran Dingman is the Sales Manager...I assume they answer to someone. Mr. Anastos is a busy guy...I can only guess that he has someone helping out.
 
It's my understanding that Scott Collins left the GM job earlier this year. I believe that Fran Dingman is reporting to Ernie Anastas' son.
