I just wish folks would quit cross-posting on multiple threads...geez...we read them all and, believe me, if someone DOES know the answer EVERYONE will find out at length.

I know him pretty well. he will be doing about half the thrasher post game shows. no longer doing updates on buck and kincade.

Good for him. I don't know how he lasted that long working with those two. Well, Buck's not too bad. But the other guy?

I had no idea we were only allowed to ask questions about "non-lame" broadcasters nor that we could only post once. Thank you gentlemen for informing us. ::)
 
Advice for putting up with Kincaid: simply pretend he is doing a skit posing as the worst talk personality imaginable. It's actually kind of fun.

Maybe management got tired of hearing the SportsBlast theme music play for 5 or 10 seconds before Tribble would start speaking.

The feature is now tighter and more professional. Good move.

I'll agree that the spot is tighter now. However, his replacement has sounded confused and far away when I've heard him doing updates. His voice lacks the timbre of Rob Tribble's.
 
the spots just sound vanilla, basic meat and potatos, at least rob added humor and often did stories no one else did. and when he took on kincade he frequently left him stuttering. rob is too talented for that place and will be better off without it. look what cumulus did to Q100, thats the problem with big ownership groups. they are nothing but bean counters with no sense of style.
