Does anyone recognize this Mexican radio jingle?

During an unattended recording on the morning of Dec. 14, the peak of the Geminids shower, I had a fadeup on 102.5 @ 8:48 CT of a Mexican radio station with an ID jingle followed by DJ talk and a spoken ID that faded after the "XH." In the middle of the DJ talk, a song from another station (I think) faded up briefly.

It's possible that the station was XHRR in Reynosa, a common visitor via tropo, but there was no significant tropo here that morning; plus, they ID as "La Ley."

Here's a 13-second recording of the reception. Does anyone recognize the jingle? I know I've heard it before on AM but cannot place it. Is it possibly an advertisement jingle?

It is a spot for a government public service, and an advertisement for a Mexican regional concert.

Thanks for deciphering it for me. The jingle sounded very familiar, but i just couldn’t place it. I’ve probably heard it lots of times when Mexican stations were airing government PSAs.

What concert/region was being advertised?
