As for some of your other questions:

I have a few questions about Z100 in the mid 1990s.
1-Who did voiceovers between 1995 and September 1996 (Sep 1996 was when they slowly changed back to top-40)
2-Why is Z100s legal ID "WHTZ Newark New York City" I know they were in Secaucus before 1994, but where does "Newark" come from. Why is it part of their legal ID.
3-Does anyone have airchecks of Z100 in 1995 and 1996? Please let me know.
4-What company owned Z100 in the 1990s, I know it wasnt Clear Channel or Infinity/CBS.
1): Keith Eubanks was one of the voices and (I think) Sandy Beach was used as well during that time.
2): Because that is where the station is actually licensed to, even though the station targets New York City. Even if the station ID's itself as WHTZ-New York City at the top of the hour, it has to give it's actual legal ID to where the station is licensed to at around the top of the hour, even if if spoken fast.
Example: (spoken) WHTZ (whispered) Newark (spoken) New York City.
3): Sadly, no. I did have a composite from early 1994, but was donated to Airchexx.com (among a bunch of other stuff).
