Does anyone remember this?

I was searching YouTube from the same guy who posted those news clips from the early 90s, and Lottery Live drawings, and I found this clip:

I had totally forgotten about this until now, and it REALLY brings back memories of when I was little, and we first got cable back in 1989. I remember it was channel 52, which a few years later became New England Cable News. I didn't remember what it was, all I remember is that it had a clock at the top of the screen. For some reason, I loved watching clocks when I was little. I mean, of course, I remember the old Prevue Guide, and I also used to watch this Pay-Per-View Preview channel that was a blue screen with white letters on it, and it showed the time and date at the bottom of the screen, and featured the audio from WZLX. I think I watched the local access channel, too. So, does anyone remember this clip, or what it's from?

I remember around that time I was probably about ten years old.
Anyways the regional sports networks(For me Living in Southern CT it was MSG and Sportschannel) at the time were pretty much all split channels.
Sportschannel or MSG would come on around 6-7 at nite the rest of the day the channel would be home shopping.
But Sportschannel tried to go the National Route with their Sportschannel America channel.
Pretty much during the day instead of having programming they would show this instead.
Thanks for the link I had totally forgotten about that.
