DOES ANYONE??

Good day everyone.
Has anyone listen to any of our stations (Magic 106.7, WEEI 850AM, 93.7 Mike FM, Mix 104.1) etc... has anyone listen to our Boston radio station the Cell Phones? If so, how does it sound? How is the reception? How about when the stations goes to commercial break, do you hear their commercial break or fill in advertisements from your cell phone carrier?
Thank you very much for your time.

There's an app for the Droid and iPhone called "TuneIn" that gets you every radio station that streams (except for the Clear Channel stations which only feed the "IHeartRadio" app.) It's brilliant. "Local Radio" shows you all the stations here in Boston, listed by frequency from low to high, including the HD and HD2 channels. Big City is in the list too :)

I've been using it in the car - sometimes even when i can still get the terrestrial signal. Most commercial stations cut out the commercials and use filler during spots, the non-comms stream the same content you hear over the air.

Easily listening to a 128kbps stream while driving, with no dropouts - arguably better quality than FM - has me fearing for the future of old fashioned AM and FM.

CBS Radio uses http://radio.com/ to stream online which includes AOL Radio & Yahoo! Music. Click the 'Locals' tab to see the Boston stations, and no you will not here the same commercials on the CBS streams as you hear over the FM signals.

i agree the tune in program is great the cbs radio one is horrible too many psa and ads that dont come back when the show or music would resume!!

on the iphone i use an app called "ooTunes" which is great. The developer will add any stream you ask too! I had him add "power 88" WGAO Franklin.

That's an odd name for a radio station.
opps, I beg your parden. You all know what I mean? Do you all ever listen to our Boston Radio Stations on the Cell Phones?
I'm assuming it cuts out sometimes? My twin sister has a Cell Phone, her cell phone doesn't work in some areas (????-I don't know where) but sometimes she has no signal? Do you all experience that as well while listenning to the radio stations on your cell phones?
Thank you

i try to at work using the tunein app on my droid it gets all the streams just use an aux cable to plug into the radio, just dont get sporting events which i don't like but sometimes they slip up!!
