NBC plans to market this channel outside of their own NBC stations, but it would take other affiliates to show interest in the network. NBC was already unsuccessful at getting Nonstop marketed outside of the NBC O&O NBC stations, as no one showed interest in Nonstop. I don't see WTMJ-TV carrying the network, as they already have Livewell Network on one of their subchannels. NBC already has some of the worst HD out there. You can count out any of Weigel Milwaukee stations WDJT, WMLW, & WBME-CD (not counting WYTU-LD, since Weigel will probably focus on Spanish language networks for that station), as Weigel already programs & carries MeTV & This TV on their stations (MeTV on WBME-CD 41.1/WDJT 58.2 & This TV on WDJT 58.3).
The only stations that could carry Cozi-TV (but might choose not to) are: WITI (they already carry Antenna TV, but some small markets have Antenna TV, MeTV, & possibly RTV on the same station, but different subchannels), WISN (Hearst Argyle already has subchannels on some of their stations, but currently none on this station), or Sinclair's WVTV or WCGV. NBC will have to make a better effort at this network, or it'll fail like Nonstop has already done.
