Does Austin have room support for a classic hip hop station? Seems like other cities are getting into the format. How is it doing in Houston? San antonio?

At the very least, I think classic hip hop on 103.1 would do significantly better than iHeartAustin is doing and would also provide a nice compliment for The Beat.
