Does Clear Channel have any local engineers left?

For the past few weeks, I have noticed that interference from KNIX's signal has been taking its toll KCDX on the east side, where in the past 103.1 has been pretty clean. Scanning up and down the dial from KNIX, I am noticing (spurious emissions?) on 102.1 all the way up from 103.3. Are the engineers aware that there is a problem here, or isn't there enough funds to make the right fixes to KNIX's equipment?
