...that the Arbitron in-tab for Memphis is 1/3 smaller than the in-tab for comparably sized Nashville? That, combined with the ethnicity of this market and the weighting that goes with it makes for a statistical sample that, frankly, Arbitron should be ashamed of.
 
...just one of the things Arbitron should be ashamed of. That would be one Justice Department investigation I wouldn't mind seeing. Then, there's the famous sales pitch made to an unsubscribing station owner: "Subscribe, and I think you'll be pleased at how your station ranks...."
