Does it mean anything to anyone?

Yesterday I read about the sale of Mitchell Media's KMRJ The Heat to R M Broadcasting (KAJR Jack, KJJZ K-Jazz, KPLM The Big 106) in Palm Springs. Does it mean anything to anyone? Are any of these stations even "live"?
 
KPLM is live during daylight hours (country). The jazz station is live in drive times. Jack (KAJR) is totally automated and KMRJ 99.5 "The Heat" seems to be automated all the time and I expect new owners Todd Marker and Art Rivkin to change formats on it, but to what I don't know.
