Does KDBS Alexandria Air Astros Games?

The Astros' website lists KDBS 1410AM as an affiliate, but I drove through Alexandria last summer during the day and KDBS was airing local programming instead of the Astros game. Perhaps they air Astros' nighttime games but not daytime (as is the case for a lot of affiliates). Can anyone confirm that KDBS at the very least airs Astros' night games and is a member of the Houston Astros Radio Network?
