I thought that was strange on the Longhorn and Aggie game KJCE seemed to be doing Aggie network and KVET was doing Longhorns. How long has this been going on? Does College sports not have market restrictions like NFL?

There are no market restrictions when it comes to college football. The Auburn Network has an affiliate in Tuscaloosa, Ala (WDGM) and the Alabama Crimson Tide Network has an affiliate in Auburn (WMXA). I'm sure there are other examples of a university having an affiliate of its radio network in the city of its rival's campus.
In addition, the LSU Network has affiliates in cities where LSU is not the primary team. For example, the LSU Network has affiliates in Jackson, Miss (WYAB), Pensacola, Fla (WBSR) and Crosset, Ark (KWLT).
