I too have it from fairly reliable sources that smooth jazz on KYOT day's may be numbered. As for folks in San Francisco, folks in the northern suburbs of the city should try and pick up KJZY from Sonoma County which puts a rimshot signal into San Francisco. As for KTWV, I have a feeling they may be one of few captains to go down with the ship. I think they're in it for the long haul unless ratings really tank in the near future. The stations that I think are safe for at least a little while longer are Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; Seattle, WA; Cleveland, OH; and/or Harrisburg, PA. The ones I think are vulnerable to a flip before summer is done are Phoenix, AZ; Detroit, MI; Salisbury, MD; Oklahoma City, OK; and/or Anchorage, AK.
