Yes Little Rock does.

KASN ch 38 (comcast cable 7 or it was as of 12/04), and even an HDTV/digital broadcast channel "38-1" aka ch39

But I seldom watch UPN though.

i'm back from Little rock my hotel room did not have UPN on its line up ...doesnt seem that any of the hotel chains there had it ...
