david wilde NOW rick gilbert is working for walker's am country, and appearantly thumbing his nose at non-competes. since wilde is there after some kind of challenge from wilks, it must not have held up, will townsquare take any action on gilbert's new job? as a bystander it looks to me like non-competes are losing, tell me where i am wrong...

I have no idea. I was told that Rick's non-compete expired, and that's why he's at 105.3 now.

:)
i just got to thinking after i posted the other day i don't even think its been 6 months since the bloodbath at The Bear, which i think was in April.

Everyone stayed out of radio for the contracted time, so yes a non-compete has teeth in Texas.

ESPECIALLY in Lubbock.

Any other news from the Hub?

if he's working for walker, he would have made more money on Unemployment.
