Does public radio have a liberal bias?

Harry Shearer's Le Show comes distinctly from the left point of view. Trying to think of any similar publicradio shows from the conservative perspective...are there any?If they could hire someone like Michelle Malkin, they'll make the lib bias accusations go away. In the meantime, conservatalk radio and Net sites/blogs (Free Republic, HotAir.com) provide the alternative.

But--Shearer is one show and is not NPR (he syndicates himself). His show is also not an informational program--it's entertainment. Same with Garrison Kellior, who could also be described as not too friendly towards Bush. The far left complains that most interview subjects and guests on NPR programs are conservatives and centrists and also claims that the corporate underwriting has sent the network to the right. They don't help anything by refusing to appear on NPR programs, I guess because they don't want anyone challenging them.In my view, if the loonies on both ends of the political spectrum hate NPR, it must be doing something right.
