Does this drive anyone else crazy?

Does this drive anyone else crazy? Certain shows they air in reruns on different channels it seems there is no rhyme or reason as to how they air the episodes. Some shows the reruns will go in order - episode one, two, three, etc. Both others they're just shown randomly. Aside from 2 part episodes.

Examples reruns on Cake Boss on TLC. They will air say Season 6 Episode 4 at 7AM and then at 7:30AM they'll air Season 5 Episode 2. And then at 8AM Season 6 Episode 15.

The same with Saved by the Bell on MTV2, Everyone Hates Chris on BET, Catfish TV on MTV, Golden Girls (TVLAND airings only), Chopped and DDD on Food Network, etc.

Other shows will air in proper order: Roseanne (on TVLAND/CMT), Mike and Molly on FX (and on local stations), 2 Broke Girls on TBS (and local stations), etc.

I think it depends on how the previous episode (s), effect the next episode. There are certainly episodes that need to be continued in sequence with most sitcoms, but most of the time they are bundled as part 1, then part 2, or even 3. However, there are many sitcoms that start from scratch each episode (All In The Family, Mary Tyler Moore, Bob Newhart as 70's examples. Those episodes do not require sequential viewing. Later, shows like Frazier and Will & Grace tended to be more sequential and those would be more important in order.

It doesn't drive me crazy but I prefer them in order as frequently they will refer to a past event.

The only two I watch are Two And A Half Men and Last Man Standing. TAAHM does need to be played in sequence since a lot of the later stories are derivatives of earlier episodes. Also, when they get to the end of Charlie Sheen's character I turn it off. Can't stand what they did to the series after Charlie left. You can usually tell where in the series you're at just by looking at the "1/2 man". He grows up on stage.

LMS isn't as date driven aside from the switch from first to second season when some of the cast changed.
