Does Your JACK FM Play More Classic Hits/Classic Rock Overnight?

I've been listening to WGCO-FM (98.3 JACK FM) here in Savannah alot lately and have noticed that there's alot more classic rock (Poison followed by an '80s ZZ Top song followed by a '90s song then an '80s song from Toto and another '80s song from Chicago) being thrown in in the early morning hours. I know they're using the ABC Radio satellite feed and no, they're not forsaking the newer hits, as songs by Alanis Morissette and Green Day are sprinkled in, but there seems to be a striking disparity in the frequency of variety in playlists when the sun is out versus it's not.

Am I wrong here or simply crazy? Anyone else have anything like this happening on the JACK FM station in their market?

bad scheduling is most likely the answer. why be different at 2am than at 2pm?

i also wouldn't be so quick to use a savannah station as a bellweather for JACK stations nationwide. anybody can buy the license but what u do with it is up to you for the most part. too few have a clue how to make it work like the most successful examples out there (and there are many)
