Dom Theodore Exits CBS Radio and PD Post At NOW

ESPN has had plenty of opportunities in the past and haven't bitten the bullet, so what makes everyone so sure that they are even interested in an FM signal?

This may sound strange, but ESPN may clean up with an ESPN Deportes outlet on FM. You can be sure that IF ESPN puts 1050 on FM that Deportes is a no brainer for the AM signal but there is no Spanish language sports on the radio in NY at all (sans Yankee and Mets games).

I would have to think ESPN wants to do something more than 1050 or they wouldn't be trying to brand it as local as it is. But the price has to be right.

Just read my daily RAMP subscription. Looks like Dom is heading back to Michigan and starting his duties on WCDY out in Cadillac.

Hmmm, why would he leave market 1 for another market?

Because Dom is a very smart dude... and he has seen the writing on the wall on NOW. It's "NOt Working"
