Dominant Nighttime Stations? (Not including Class A & Strong Locals)

If you fly to the east coast and dial in 730...you'll hear all-traffic, in FRENCH, thanks to CKAC Montreal (also 50000 watts). An ironic instance on that frequency.

And another city with NASTY traffic. In any language. Autoroute Decarie west of downtown Montreal gets my vote for worst road anywhere. Antiquated design built below ground level creating the "traffic canyon from hell". The road is short, but the time consumed can be agonizingly long.
