Don Alhart Celebrates 45 years at Channel 13

In this day and age it's tough for anyone to stay at one job for five years let alone 45 years.

Congratulations to Don for his over four decades of service at WHAM TV, but also for his numerous community services; notably the Rotary Club.
 
Don is so well liked in Rochester, he will literally own the market as long as he wants to stay on the air (which hopefully will be for a long time to come).

A lot of markets have a truly favorite anchor. Don is Rochester's choice. Rod Wood is the man in Syracuse. The team of Don Postles and Jacquie Walker dominate in Buffalo. They all have a combination of integrity, intelligence and trustworthiness that make them durably popular.
