Becacause wayne was subbing for bill handel on vacation and then thursday when he didnt sub and noone said a word where he was. So he wonders if monday wayne resnick will b the new mornin guy. No matter who it is it wont last. Kabc is the titanic n is bout to hit the iceburg n b destroyed once and foreall. I like wayne but he is a fool if he took that job. Noone will listen. .02-.04 really laughing stalk. Terry rae elmer left kfi for the titanic she aint there anymore. And i yet to figure out why randy wang left kfi.

Dont ever leave kfi to go to kabc it never works out. Randy instead of his countdown clock to the olympics it should be how long till kabc is gone lol

It’s not true. Wayne picked up bronchitis on Monday, soldiered through until Wednesday, and then took off the rest of the week. He will be back Monday in for Bill with the sputum to prove it.

Well, that's the rub. I've never worked in radio, but I've worked for ships I knew were sinking...for the paycheck. If the new host can maintain or raise the ratings a bit, he might have some short-term job security. KABC probably isn't going anywhere in the short-run, unless there's a religious or minor foreign language broadcaster out there with some $$$ who wants the frequency.
 
Wayne Resnick seems like a KFI lifer to me. I don't envision him ever leaving the station. I think he'll take over for Handel when he retires.

No explanation was given on air that I heard as to why Wayne was not on-air Thursday and Friday.
