Don Criqui at WBBR?

I'm only hearing this third-hand, but is it true that sportscaster Don Criqui (who normally would not be doing anything sports this part of the year, and is from NJ) is filling in at 11-3-oh doing traffic/weather updates?
 
BBR has been the home of alot of talent.. the Mitch Lebe's of the world, so it's not a surprise. However, the rug usually gets pulled out quick because Anthony Mancini and Al Meyers haven't got a clue.
