Weezie Kramer is, and always was a class act to me. In fact, we emailed each other tonight, and she seemed very happy, and I wish her well in her well earned retirement. Weezie and David Field both said to me before I left ENTERCOM to purchase WECK, they I could depend on them for help and advice anytime. They are class act people.
The company appears to has changed from three years ago when I was there. I left right before the merger, as I did not see good things coming in regards to that merger, but ETM was always a great place to be for me.
Things change, and ETM really is a leader in more than just radio. Buffalo has had some internal challenges with systems and processes it appears, but corporate is not dumb. They will get thru the new challenges, and the company will be reshaped.
Bottom line is, ETM as a whole, has always been a great company. Every company, small and big has its challenges.
