Yes, Don Wade (brother of Long John) did mornings on WIBG in the early 1970's. He did lots of short quick one-liner comedy bits between songs like "The Stoned Ranger". Funny he ended up going to WLS in Chicago to do talk (with his wife) when fellow WIBG jock John Records Landecker was pushed out as their long time top 40 format ended. His disk jockey style morning show here was entertaining but I never got into his talk show style on WLS.
