Don Wade update

Does anyone have any info on how Don Wade is doing? I know WLS recently relased a photo of Don Wade with Roma, but no description of Don's condition was given. I find it rather odd that WLS doesn't keep the listeners more up-to-date on Wade. I've searched the internet, but was unable to find much else.
