I guess that tickets are not selling well because they have been promoting this event a lot on the station for weeks now. I thought it would be sold out by now. I hope that this is not a bad sign for WPHT that the event hasn't sold out yet as of post time: http://philadelphia.cbslocal.com/rumsfelds-rules/
