The Georgia Radio Museum and Hall of Fame is seeking donations of memorabilia, old radio equipment (doesn’t have to be working), and antique radios for the new museum. Anyone with donations outside of Atlanta and particularly in South Georgia should contact us for the possibility of pickup or possible reimbursement for shipping.
We will be in Atlanta the weekend of May 9th. Please email us with a description of what you wish to donate so we can estimate what size vehicle needed to transport the items back to St. Marys. Donation Day is Saturday, May 10th between 8 AM and Noon in Marietta near Piedmont and Old Canton Road. We will give you the exact address in a return email. Please provide a list of items for our records. We can provide a tax donation letter listing the items, but no values. If appropriate please pack items in a suitable sturdy labeled box.
