Can someone please suggest something besides KRLD or TheTicket? I liked Pugs and Kelly for a reason. I don't listen to political stuff and I don't want to hear sports stats all day long. I will listen to an online stream. Sorry BDH I just can't handle the MMA and the show any longer.

Thats actually on my list to get. Its hard to shell out 300 dollars to get one that will go in the car and then have to buy all the stuff for home then pay for a subscription.

Give KERA 90.1 a try. They discuss a wide variety of topics other than just politics and you don't feel all slimy afterwards like with the Wild Ass Circus.
 
... Or WRR on city council days. Now THAT'S some good entertainment! It's a nice station anyway, especially if you're trying to get your kids to simmer down in the car.
But I've found myself tuned in when they air city council meetings every other Wednesday and sometimes it's one of the best showdowns around. I'm sure not everyone agrees, but I like the idea that we can hear what's going on inside Dallas City Hall for at least two days a month.

But that begs the question of who leaves the biggest slime trail, BDH or the Dallas City Council.
 
And for all those that bagged on Pug's voice in the other posts.....My only alternative is Norm and then Bob abd DAN! Can it get anymore annoying ???

Seriously [EDIT]!!!! I know what I have said on here. I was asking a question. Did you also read the entire thread. I was not complaining about P&K being gone. I have more important things to spend my money on than Sirius. I don't want to listen to the same song all day so I have listened to BDH periodically. I am over it. I wanted a suggestion as an alternative to BDH. Thanks for being such an --- about it.

FYI, you can get a Sirius radio plus car kit for around $50.00 at Best Buy
And the subscription comes with access to the Sirius Internet Streams, so you can use that while at the office

I got Sirius for my car when 97.1 went belly up. My receiver and activation was only 150.00. And I did have access to Sirius online. HOWEVER, not ALL channels were available to me online. My Dad is a BIG college football fan and we were unable to get any college football games online. I ended up buying another cheap receiver (30.00) for my dad's truck. My quarterly bill is a whopping 42.00 for TWO cars. I love my Sirius radio. :)

As a Sirius subscriber since 2005, I must admit it's worth its weight in gold!! And for less than 50 cents a day, I think it's worth every penny. I guarantee you if you get it, you'll never complain about "nothing good to listen to". There's something for everybody!! And the units are not that expensive.
 
I am an XM man satellite radios are cheap mine was about $70 and another $70 to install. I love it. I stopped listening to 105.3 mid days after gavin started running the P&K show. It got dull instead of a free form free for all. It lost all its charm to me after he started running there show. Sat radio the best NO DJ's.
 
Seeing Sirius/XM are merged, expect to see new receivers after the new year...Plus, the prices will go up as well...
 
Watch the CBS Dallas portfolio change with the move to PPM. This will include KLLI.
