Donna Decorates, over two different networks!

Recently on YouTube I found an episode of "The Donna Reed Show" that I remembered from N@N during my childhood - it was a crossover with "Dennis the Menace" where Dennis came over and "helped" Donna paint. Also featured was a cameo by Joseph Kearns ("Mr. Wilson").

Crossovers are nothing special, usually, except I found this one a bit odd as "Donna Reed" aired on ABC, while "Dennis" was on CBS. Two different networks. Has this ever happened before, or after?

I don't recall anything like that on two different networks.
