Donna Halper interview podcast

I just listened to your interview here in the office... It was a nice change of pace... Interesting.... very good! Worth a listen!

Thanks! Over the years I've had some interviews that turned out very well, and having a common interest in the topic can be key. I had the leader of the New Orleans-style band Squeezebox Stompers on and we talked about N.O. music, the Crescent City post-Katrina, a play he (Ralph Tufo) was doing on that subject, etc....and it lasted over an hour. We really got into it! Donna and I were on for 25 min. and I wish we could have done more (she had to go). And if you remember her many appearances on WJIB's Let's Talk About
Radio, you know it wasn't the first time she was talking on radio about radio, on a Sunday with someone named Bob ;)

Hmmm, we haven't had one of them in a while now, have we? ::)

Well, these days we talk about radio on the Internet--better described as "one of them there
'commuter machines' at the Bellyfungus Public Liberry", as Claude Suggins says in a promo for
WMWM's Uncle Jack's Roadhouse! (Doug Edwards doing a 'character')
