Don't Count My Boy Raul Out...

The question is what station in Texas has missing morning show slots.
As someone posted here before. Don’t remember who said it, but he was expected to be on air in Austin. On Latino Media Network. Friday he was saying they had exciting news and they were going to share the news at 9 am. But didn’t get to listen to what the news was. Maybe it was to announce this?

LMN doesn’t have any stations in Austin. Perhaps one of the Norsan outlets?

Interesting as Univision tried him in Austin and replaced him with BMF years before he even got fired outright.

I figure Dallas must be the LMN rimshot on 99.1 given it's the sister station of KGBT.
That would be KFZO which pulled a 0.1 in the latest DFW book. They’ve gone from bad numbers to virtual oblivion.
Raúl is also on KOKE Austin.
Assume that is KOKE-FM Mexicanisima 99.3 which is programmed by Norsan and in the process of being sold to that group, and not KOKE 1600 which is under different ownership with a Tejano format.

changes coming to Austin soon .. La Z will make another adjustment to the Morning drive to go head on with Brindis .
They already did changes in morning drive to accomodate SBS's el Terrible in a weird arrangement that has Terry from 6-8, Don Cheto from 8-10, and Terry again from 10-12. And as mentioned, Brindis is already in Austin at KOKE-FM 99.3 by Norsan.

I think it should be noted how i was 100% accurate even we David did not and still does not agree with me .. Raul is on top in Houston .
For a while. This is novelty, but history has shown that no major Hispanic morning show talent has lasted more than about 25 to 30 years at best... whether it be Piolín, don Cheto, El Cucuy, or even El Genio Lucas.

The real issue in Houston is the horrible performance of the "realigned" UnivisionTelevisa morning show. It is so bad that it has even lost in Dallas where KLNO took a major drop, due in a great part to the morning show.

I listen to the BMF Show and it really doesn't sound much different from before they switched "La Mala". Then again, it's the only Spanish-language morning show that comes into my area. The only other station that comes in is WPPN and it does not have a personality-intensive show.

In my opinion Televisaunivision is trying to run Texas stations like if they were running California stations. Yes we have lots of similarities but also lots of differences. Just cause it works in LA doesn’t mean it will work in Houston.

Same thing happened to MEGA TV, it might have been great in MIAMI (don’t know for sure) but just cause it worked there doesn’t mean it worked here.

Sorry David but I'm pretty sure you are wrong on this one. A year from now Raul will still be leading
