Don't Count My Boy Raul Out...

Saw someone post a screenshot of an article by insideradio.com that says something along the lines of Judge dismisses payola claim against raul brindis and when I googled it I can see that it existed but it's been deleted from the page... Anyone know what that's all about? I know that Univision claimed that was one of the reasons he was let go, but I don't see it anywhere else.
People accusing each other of payola is endemic in the Regional Mexican format so I'd take that with a grain of salt.

Truth be told after Univision was fined a few years ago.. talents had to go through tons of anti payola training and raul was never one to change music after he was no longer the pd for KLTN ..

From what can be seen from searching on google. It says univision was unable to prove that Raul did anything wrong... I would think this makes his lawsuit against univision stronger.

On August 26, 2025, Inside Radio incorrectly reported that the 125th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, dismissed Univision Radio Broadcasting Texas, L.P.’s payola and plugola allegations against José Raúl Brindis and Mario Gomez. In fact, on August 8, 2025, the Court denied Mr. Brindis’s and Mr. Gomez’s motion for summary judgment on those allegations, leaving all claims pending against them in Jose Raul Brindis v. Univision Radio Broadcasting Texas, L.P., et al., Cause No. 2024-02734. Inside Radio hereby retracts the article and regrets the error.
